Testing
C.E.M. Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility testing all construction materials including concrete, shotcrete, grout, mortar, masonry block, masonry prisms, rebar, cables, steel I beams, bolts (Tension and Torque), NDT, fireproofing, aggregate, and soil.


Inspection
Our licensed deputy building inspectors are all certified in multiple fields which enable them to offer cost effective service on site. Inspection services are available for reinforced & Pre-stress concrete, masonry, epoxy, grading, fireproofing, anchor bolts, structural steel, welding, NDT, and forensic investigation.


We will provide your engineers and contractors with instant access to laboratory test results and inspection reports on line or via fax. All test results and inspection reports will also be available on a C.D. for your permanent record.
