Engineering Services CEM engineers offer a full range of services including post tension design, structural design and calculations, Title 24 calculations, and concrete mix design. Testing C.E.M. Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility testing all construction materials including concrete, shotcrete, grout, mortar, masonry block, masonry prisms, rebar, cables, steel I beams, bolts (Tension and Torque), NDT, fireproofing, aggregate, and soil. Inspection Our licensed deputy building inspectors are all certified in multiple fields which enable them to offer cost effective service on site. Inspection services are available for bolting, reinforced concrete, reinforced shotcrete, masonry, epoxy, fireproofing, grading, structural steel, welding, and forensic investigation. All of our inspectors are certified with ICBO, DSA, the City of Los Angeles, and all major cities in Southern California.
