Instructions for Client Access
Please read carefully all instructions below before using the Client Access site.
The Client Access area allows current CEM Laboratory clients to access their files securely. As a client, you need your personal username and password to access your personal folder.
To request your username and password, please write to customercare@cemlabcorp.com.
Important: Due to the security features in Internet Explorer, you need to add the CEM Laboratory Client Access site to the list of "Trusted Sites".
From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose "Tools" and then "Internet Options...".
The "Internet Options" window will show.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Near the top, you will see four icons. Click on the "Trusted Sites" icon.
Right below that, click the "Sites..." button. The "Trusted Sites" window will show.
Near the bottom of the window, you will see a checkbox for "Require server verification ...". Please make sure this is not checked.
Where it writes "Add this Web site to the zone:", please enter "http://cemlabcorp.axiss.com" and then press the "Add" button right beside it. Also, enter "http://www.cemlabcorp.com" and then press the "Add" button again.
Press OK to exit the "Trusted Sites" window and then press OK again to exit the "Internet Options" window.
Once you login to the Client Access site and see your folder, please single click a file name to view or download.
